On second thought,maybe i shouldnt. Dont want to embaress myself :) Alright! i've got alot of things to blog about. Well,not to say alot la. But a number la.When should i start? What should i start with? i've got no idea =X Hopefully after today i can still remember what i've got to blog about.Well,from what i remember now,i know i've got to blog about SUNWAY. Hee,so okay la. This is just a short post to ermm..let me see..To keep my blog alive? Sorry if i wasted 2 minutes of your life :D

Notice anything about the pictures above? haha,well if you don't. I'll tell you,Its my height. I just notice that im extremely short compared to all my friends. Sad,isn't it? yeaah,i know :[

Soo,anyway i talked to zenn about it. And that smart girl searched the net for ways to grow taller. And so,i shall share the information with you guys out there! :]

1. Drink lots of milk. Milk has calcium, and calcium helps you grow strong bones. The more foods with calcium, the taller you are likely to grow. But if you don't like milk on it's own have it with healthy cereals! If you're vegan, then you can just take Calcium pills and protein pills and or shakes.


2. Get lots of sleep. Most of your growing takes place while you're sleeping, so... if you want to grow tall, make sure you get at least a full 8 hours of sleep each night.


3. Eat healthy foods. Eating foods that are rich in protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin D, and other minerals and things will help your body grow to its maximum potential. Watch your caffeine intake, while a little is alright, too much can have negative effects on your health


4. Stand straight and keep a good posture. When you wake up from your bed in the morning, you loose 1 inch because of bad posture. If you sit up straight, your bones will grow straight, and you won't get osteoperosis, which will obviously make you look shorter. So when you stand up and sit up straighter, not only will you look taller, but you will feel taller, and maybe even be taller.


5. Think positive thoughts. When you stress, you have a higher chance of not growing. So relax, don't stress as much, think of good things, know that you will be tall. Imagine and know for a fact that you will be tall, and don't worry about it, and soon enough you may be.


6. Take adequate vitamins. Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and other vitamins can ensure you reaching your maximum height


7. Exercise! Exercising stimulates your body, and encourages quicker growth. Ride a bike or take walks more often.


8. Stretch. You'd be surprised at the effects of different stretches over long periods of time


9. Drink lots of water. When you aren't crammed all the time, and stretch, you are allowing your body to grow


10. When you sleep, try not to sleep curled up. Sleep with your body very straight. Kerri Walsh, the famous volleyball player, grew to over 6 feet with this method.


11. You should also be more active and stop sitting on that couch watching television!

School ended on the 6th of november.Yeah,its sad in a way.The last day of school was our last day of exam.Exams were.. no comment.My results = :D heeehe! Yes,okay! back to the last day of school. Went to school carrying a pile of text books.Had to give em' back. Sivik exam was omfg * speechless * the minute i saw the paper,my mind was totally blank. I didn't know it was gonna be that difficult.So,in the end i just wrote crap on it and passed it up. After the last exam, we had to do some shit for our text books. As usual,pn yeo got really frustrated at our class. Not our problem she can't control the class. Errr yeaah. that's about what happend before 6.45p.m.

At 6.30 everyone was already ready with their water bottles and flour.Well some brought eggs also. When the clock showed 6.45 and the bell rang,the disaster started. The whole school screamed. Saw pn santhi closing her ears. lmao. And yes! the minute i took a step out of class, water and flour were poured on me. God knows who did it,i was too busy screaming for my life. Took a few steps and got poured with more water. When i was about to reach outside school,somemone called me,the second i looked,that person threw flour onto my face and ran away. Today,i dreamt that rozenn was trying to kill me,nicole and amanda.

Rozenn was a zombie.She killed everyone except the three of us.

We were running away from her,in some apartment.

The three of us locked ourselves in a room.

Suddenly,out of no where,rozenn came through the window.

We tried pushing her out the window,it didnt work.

Thenn,i dont know why amanda and nicole stopped helping me

and so,i was the only one fighting.

In the end,i killed rozenn (:

After killing her,i woke up straight away.

That dream ;/ was omggg. one of the worst nightmare's i've ever had.

Other than that. There was something really hilarious that happened today.The story starts like this. Nicole, myself and zenn went down to the sandy area beside the gazeebo to write our names. Obviously, we had nothing better to do. So Nicole picked up a pencil and started writing. Then came a prefect..
