19th February 2010 ; Friday .

During the Chinese New Year holidays , Caryn , Nicole and I organised a potluck party. It was held at Fan Leon's place . When everyone arrived, most of them gambled . The rest just sat around, talking and listening to music .

After the first gambling session, we ate. At first, we were so worried that the food might not be enough, but turns out, it was more than enough . After eating, we played games. The first game was something like musical chairs. Except that we had to pass a cup of chili and tomato sauce around the circle while the music is playing . When the music stops, the 2 people that are holding the chili and tomato sauce cup has to put an amount of chili/tomato sauce on the other person's face and vice versa . Quite a lame game , but it was fun. And the second game we played was truth or dare . Baahahaa, the boys had to do such gay stuff :B But, it was all for the fun of it :P

Had another gambling session after that. No, i didn't gamble AT ALL. I sat on the couch and talked to people :) I know i know , cny is all about the gambling and angpau's . But No thank you. I dont gamble :)

Chinese New Year falls on a different day every year. Of all the traditional chinese festivals, Chinese New Year is one of the most colourful and exciting celebtration. Before this holiday, every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any bad fortune in hopes to make way for good luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour packets or even cloths. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, the family will get together and have a reuinion dinner. The next morning, children will greet their parents by wishing them a happy new year, and receive money. The Chinese New Year tradition is a great way to forget all grudges, and sincerely wish peace and happiness to everyone.

Having that said, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year!

Friday; 5th February 2010 .

The day started pretty much the same. It rained cats and dogs in the morning. However, i still reached school early. Econs and accounts was totally boring. Talked throughout the whole 4 periods and learnt nothing. As usual .

After school , Sitpeng and I followed caryn home. We went to her house, followed by Tropicana City. Met up with nicole and huixian later on. The plan was to go back to school after lunch, but it rained very heavily again. So we decided to skip practice. Walked around Tropicana Mall until 5ish, And went back to school after that. Overall a very satisfying day :)

I sit here day by day waiting for people to update their blog, but it never seems to happen. So, I'm done waiting for them to update their blog and thought i should do some updating myself. heee. I was away from the family for a day or so. The after pmr plan was to spend time with some friends at genting highlands. But due to some arguements and misunderstandings, the plan was cancelled. And so, i spent a night at Caryn's place. I reached her place at 8 in the morning. She planned a surprise party for my belated birthday. Unfortunately, the surprise was not really surprise-ish because a few of them accidently told me a few things here and there.

Anyhoo, the party was still on. They took me to redbox in the curve. Saw many unexpected people in the room. But it was really great to see them there surprising me. Hey, thats what surprises are all about, right? We all sang our hearts out for 3 hours. We all had a few glasses of beer each. By the end of the karaoke session, a few of them were kinda tipsy. But we were all Good! After that, we walked around. Didn't get anything though. At about 7ish, we had dinner. Then at about 8ish, a few of us went back to caryn's place and the rest went home.

We went down to the pool area and talked until the guard had to chase us home. So we went back up to caryn's condo and sat outside and talked even more. When bryan went home, me and caryn went into the house, made some coffee and chit chatted somemore. At about 2ish, we went into her room. We still couldn't sleep so we talked somemore. At about 4ish, she fell asleep. As for me, i still couldn't sleep. But i had my phone to entertain me. So it was okay. Texted a few people, and surprisingly they were still awake. Kept me entertained for abit and i fell asleep. But i woke up so many time that night. So NO, i did not have a good night rest.

The next morning, before the alarm could ring, i was already up. Caryn woke up awhile after that. Got ready and went to ou with bryan. Had a drink at KTZ while waiting for the rest to arrive. Once they arrived, we planned a surprise for fan leon, amanda and rachel. Had lunch at fridays. Nicole and I ordered margarita! It was good, right!? Heehe. Walked around and then went home. Oh oh, I got my ears pierced again together with Bryan. Haaha(Y)

Got home around 6ish. I was already so exhausted and couldn't wait to hit the sack. But noo, i had to go out for dinner with the dad's side of the family. Had dinner at this place. Nothing really special. But it was this family gathering. Mmm, after that we all went over to my place at puchong. Had some snacks and wine. Hoohohoh (L)

SOOO overall, I had a really good time on both those days! Thank you caryn toh shu hui, for planning everything. I know it was a really last minute thing. But it still went out pretty good, eh? And thank you to the rest- nicole, huixian, rachel, rozenn, iain, joel, yi shien, fan leon and bryan for coming and also the presents! Not only I had a great time, i too had too much alcohol in two days. But, it was all gooooood! (Y) heee ♥

MONDAY - 27th JULY 2009 .
school was alright , i wouldnt complain . mm, after school, stayed back for the interhouse games. it was the finals for all of the games; netball , volleyball , handball , and badminton . Red and Green house were in the finals for morning session netball. Green house came in first followed by red house and purple house . After all the games, they had the prize giving ceremony . By the time everything was over, it was already passed 6, and so i skipped tuition once again :) thanks to my brilliant skills and the help of amanda and nicole :D

TUESDAY - 28th JULY 2009 .
Caryn, diwern and myself baked cupcakes for KH:)

WEDNESDAY - 29th JULY 2009 .
School was pretty boring . Went out for lunch at ss2 with a few people . We had chili pan mee . After that, we walked back to school , chilled for abit and went home because nicole was not feeling well . She went to see a doctor and i tagged along . The wait was really long as there were many people in the clinic . After a vert long wait , it was finally our turn . She took a jab and we went home and got ready for tuiton . Tuition was okay . Slept quite late that night .

THURSDAY - 30th JULY 2009 .

Came home from school and got ready for math tuition . After that, my dad picked us up . Beatrice and nicole followed me back to my place . Chilled for abit and went to pasar malam . Met up with huixian , huilyn and asyraff . Had chili pan mee for dinner . At about 8.00, we went back to my place and watched Harold & Kumar . We didn't finish watching it because they had to go home .

FRIDAY - 31st JULY 2009 .
Three quarter of nicole's class went home because most of them were sick . So i followed beatrice home . We went to giant after school with her mom . Spent almost half a day there buying junk food . At about 4.00, her mum dropped me home and i got ready for BM tuition . Tuition was okay , quite boring at the beginning , but it was okay towards the end . Came home and rested awhile . Beatrice came at around 7.30p.m. We continued watching Harold and Kumar. But, we didn't finish watching it again because we were so distracted with everything around us . Listened to music and talked till about 12.00a.m. Went straight to bed after she left :)

SATURDAY - 1st JULY 2009 .

I didn't go for interact installation . I fell sick and stayed home the whole day without anything to do . mm, yeah it was quite boring . While watching tv, i rubbed my eye and boom, my whole eye turned red :) and so i put some eyedrops and after awhile, it was okay . thanks for asking :) i like telling people things they don't ask, because it's fun .

SUNDAY - 2nd JULY 2009 .
i woke up with a slight fever and my voice is pretty retarded . I have no idea what is wrong with me but.. hopefully i dont have ahem , H1N1 .
